"Applicator works okay, but could be softer"
The applicator is easy to hold and it doesn’t really make a mess, which I like. It did take me a couple tries to get the hang of it, but now it’s fine. My main complaint is that it feels a little too firm. I really wish it was softer, because that would make it more comfortable to use. It works well overall, but yeah, it definitely could be softer.

"Tracking didn’t really match what I expected"
My order arrived in good shape, so no issue there, but I definitely expected the tracking to be more reliable. It sat on the same update for a few days, then suddenly jumped when the package was basically almost at my door. Not a huge problem, but when you’re checking for updates and planning around it, it’s kind of frustrating.

"Pretty much exactly as described"
I ordered from Klarity Kosmetics and, to be honest, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the product description ended up being accurate.
The shade looked really close to the photos, at least to me, and the texture and finish were basically what they said they would be. There weren’t any weird surprises when it showed up, which I definitely appreciated.
I’ve bought makeup online before where the details felt a little off, so I was kind of relieved this one matched up. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably order again...

"Shipping kind of ruined it for me"
I was actually about to try some of their stuff. Had a few things in my cart, felt set on it. Then I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost. Yeah... no. It was just way too much, so I ended up closing the tab and leaving everything there.

Honestly... it just didn’t last on me. Put it on, liked it at first, and then maybe two hours later? Pretty much gone. Kind of disappointing

Overall, I’m happy with it. The quality is nice for what I paid, and I’d say it’s a good value. The only downside was that shipping took longer than I expected, but the product itself was worth the money.

"Feels Like They Don’t Really Want to Help"
I tried reaching out to customer service, but getting a reply took way longer than it should have. Even after waiting, I didn’t really get much help, which was frustrating. It kind of felt like they weren’t too bothered about sorting it out. the whole thing was more hassle than it was worth, and I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Payment went through, but I wanted a little more reassurance"
Checkout was smooth overall and my card went through without any issues. I just wish there had been a bit more info about payment security or what protections were in place, because it felt kind of basic. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny lock icon near the payment section, but it didn’t really explain much. Not a bad experience, just could’ve made me feel more confident.

I tried this quickly and at first it seemed nice, but after a bit my cheeks started feeling irritated and kind of itchy. I was hoping it would work for me, but I didn’t really have time to mess with it more

I’ve liked the Klarity Kosmetics products I’ve actually gotten my hands on, so I’m not surprised people seem to buy them up fast. But yeah, the stock situation is kind of annoying. A few shades I wanted were sold out forever, and it just confirmed what I already figured — the popular stuff is hard to catch unless you keep checking back. When things are in stock, ordering is smooth and I don’t have complaints there. I just wish they were better about restock updates or kept more of the popular shades available

"Didn’t really do much for me"
I started using this a few weeks ago and stuck with it consistently to give it a fair chance. During the first week, my skin did feel a little smoother, so I was hopeful, but by the time I got further into the routine, the main issues I bought it for hadn’t really changed.
After a few weeks, I just felt like the results didn’t match the price. It wasn’t terrible or anything, and maybe it works better for other people, but for me personally it didn’t make enough of a difference to buy again.

"Shipping Took Forever"
I ordered from Klarity Kosmetics, the shipping took way too long. I was waiting much longer than I expected, and the tracking updates, were barely helpful. By the time my order finally showed up, I was already annoyed. The products might be fine, but the whole delivery experience, made it feel not really worth it for me.

"Clear confirmation, just wanted a bit more delivery detail"
I got my order confirmation pretty much right after I paid, which was really reassuring. It was easy to read and had the main details I needed, so I didn’t have to go digging around for anything. The only thing I wish is that the delivery info had been a little clearer. Still, it gave me peace of mind knowing my order went through okay.

"Patchy and frustrating to use"
I really wanted this to work, but it just didn’t blend well for me at all. No matter what I tried, brush, sponge, even my fingers, it kind of sat on top of my skin and looked uneven and patchy. it was annoying, especially after dealing with the usual automated customer service loop that never actually answers anything. I won’t be buying this again

I really didn’t like the texture of the product I got from Klarity Kosmetics. It felt thick and kind of sticky right away, and it just didn’t sit nicely on my skin at all.
After a few minutes it started feeling heavy and a bit greasy, like I wanted to wash it off immediately. I was annoyed because I’d already spent the time and energy applying it, only to feel like I needed to start over. Maybe it works for other people, but for me the feel was just not good

"Photos looked a little different, but it’s fine"
I ordered from Klarity Kosmetics, and overall the product is okay, like I’ll still use it, but the photos had me expecting something a bit different. The shade looked brighter online, at least on my screen, and the packaging in the pictures seemed cleaner or more polished somehow.
It’s not a huge deal, and shipping was normal too, nothing really stood out there. I just kept comparing it back to the site photos, which maybe I shouldn’t have done, but still. Not bad, not amazing, so 3 stars feels about right.

"Checkout just wouldn’t go through"
I tried checking out and it just kept failing—like, I’d get to the payment part and then nope, it wouldn’t take my card. Really frustrating because I was ready to buy, and then suddenly I’m stuck refreshing and trying again.

"Nice rewards with just a small hiccup"
I’ve shopped with Klarity Kosmetics a few times now, and I really like that they offer loyalty points. It makes ordering feel a little more worth it, and redeeming the points was simple. The only thing I noticed is that my account updates didn’t show up quite as quickly as I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’ve had a good experience and would definitely keep ordering.
